Shipping policy
1. Domestic Shipping
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time within Pakistan is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is PKR 249/- You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout.

COD is available in most cities across Pakistan. Maximum COD limit may apply based on order value.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number will be sent. You can track your parcel using the courier’s website or tracking link provided.
3. Delays and Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen events, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
